The AGM took place at Newton Conservative Club on Wednesday 22nd July. Minutes are in the Documents section.

Rule changes

The following Rule changes were passed at the AGM:

• For 1 table clubs, start time to be 7:15pm for clubs opening at 7:00pm, 7:00pm for clubs open earlier. For 2 table clubs start time remains 7:30.
• Any player(s) forfeiting a Competition match without good reason being accepted by the Committee will be refused entry to any subsequent competition.
• Scotch Doubles competition scratched.
• Team delegates may, at any point in the season, including registration, propose the re-handicap of any player who, due to circumstances (e.g.: age, sudden disability, etc.) are unable to compete on their current handicap. The proposal must include supporting evidence of the circumstances and will be reviewed by the Committee.
